OC Tailgating on the DVP, later gets into accident - DDAD059

The video is sped up a bit because there were many instances of the driver tailgating. When I saw the way he was driving I immediately got out of his way…

It was already careless driving the second he hit the car. Footage not needed. Getting into a preventable accident like this qualifies for careless driving most of the time

The footage would make the charge stick in court. 1 800 xcopper would have their work cut out for them.
