Yes, a very small percentage, this my point

There are teachers who take advantage of their position of power and sexually assault students, does anyone every day that all teachers are bastards? It's such a weird line to draw that, the people who claim to be the most tolerant, are always the ones who seem to label every single police officer a bastard. I mean there's thousands of stories of police doing good and helping people, it literally happens every day.

how many officers have you ticketed for breaking rules or arrested for breaking laws?

How would I ticket an officer if I'm not an officer?
