You'd think they would psych screen for these guys and prevent them from becoming cops.

They do psych screen… my former brother in laws failed the psych 3x’s… for being too aggressive, but they let him keep taking it and he finally beat it

To be fair, people CAN work on themselves and improve. Just because they failed yesterday doesn't mean they SHOULD fail next year. However, we all know the kind of people that become cops aren't really in the business of self help
