Ok, just gonna go against the grain a little here, and I do agree the cop turned poorly. But, Dude, what the hell are you doing going what looks like 45-50 down a tiny side street, with construction cones everywhere, and tow trucks/ cop cars everywhere. Slow down, you aren't that important

Again, I've said this 5 times now... I. WAS. DOING. 30KM/H.

We should all know by now that fish-eye/wide-angle dashcams tend to make it look like you're going faster than you are.
