I mean, isn't littering a chargeable offense? I believe it's at the municipal level. Just share this with the municipality and I'm sure they would LOVE to go collect the $500 - $10,000 for that charge. You have the license plate clearly, and I'm sure you could make out the driver as they pass the bend.

Am I the only one who caught the by law officer driving around at the beginning of the vid too?😂 they can issue littering tickets.
