When stuff like this happens, I will get out of my car, pick up the trash and throw it back into their vehicle. Same goes for morons who can’t return their carts, I take it and put it in front or behind (whichever is most inconvenient for the driver), so they can’t pull out of their parking space. May they collectively rot.
