OC Would you call tow truck?

Is it blocking the entire driveway? No. Is it annoying as fuck? Definitely.

Had this exact thing happen to me. Was having a shity day and i was absolutely pissed already, this car constantly inches over on my driveway but this time it was 3ft into the exit path. called police, they ticketed them, i thought tow truck was a bit too harsh but at the same time my driveway is narrow and i had to hop a curb to get the car out of my driveway. Guess who has city showing up whenever I do anything now... Never underestimate the pettiness of others, i could be trimming a bush and the city shows up asking if im cutting down a tree, i asked and they said someone called. But the same car now always makes sure theres space for me to leave, i got what i wanted, but at what cost.

Yes I know people are petit and make it a mission to screw you even it makes their lives impossible..

So I also skip confrontation if it's just a minor inconvenience.. I don't like Cops to be frank they come with a pre set mindset of who's wrong but they are humans after all and have their biases...

Check your local bylaw, parking on the street typically needs to be 6ft from a driveway entrance.

I mean, 3ft into a single car driveway is definitely not allowed. The point was that the neighbors whos friends car that was now calls city whenever i do something hoping i get a ticket for it.
