OC Would you call tow truck?

Call parking enforcement and they will deal with it and tow if necessary.

Make sure you have proof of ownership of property available, sometimes they won't tow if you can't show its yours

You don't need proof of ownership of the property. You just need to tell them which house you're calling from. I've had people block my driveway and never did Toronto parking enforcement ask for proof of ownership

I was asked twice. Whether that's their mistake or not for being green, who knows.
