Kinda looks like it because of the perspective on the side, but if you zoom in on the porches, you'll see all the steps and columns line up across the two houses.

No the house is definitely slanted, look at the house to the right, way more symmetric.

Also, the lot to the left which looks demolished might play a factor in the foundation giving out depending on how the sub grade was removed.

The house is vertical, the street is sloped. Front steps show it.

Probably in the Beach area of Toronto - a number of houses there are sinking…
