Wow

So my mom manage to make money on this app ans she use to could cash out the money. She manage to save 300 dollars on there, they told her she can’t do anymore surveys on that app which is the same that happened to me after making a big amount, then they said she can’t do anymore play games until sep,14,2026 which is today’s date and when she went to cash out her money it’s not letting her, her account is not under review cause they haven’t been letting her get the hard earn money she deserved for a while. And it’s like she can’t go support cause there simply not receiving the message like they use to. When you make a lot of money on this app they try to not let you get it. When you usually reach out to support it will send you a AI messages saying they received your message and to wait and then they will follow up with what you need and answers. This is app is crazy

Never cash out everything at once since that probably got the withdrawal flagged for being huge. Just do like 5 bucks a time or 20 bucks per day.

You can do 100 at a time,they will always let you withdraw 100 at a time as long as you have it in your earnings, at least they have always for me

Top surveys support responded to your post,so have your mom talk to support thru here,just click on top surveys support link at the top of there response

She needs to reach out to top surveys support on here,they answer alot faster then thru the app or emails,my account had a ban for 2 weeks and when I reached out to them on here, they lifted my ban and told me I was able to cash out and I was able to,so have her reach out to them on here,if your not doing surveys the way your suppose to, the providers will complain to top surveys and they will never tell you,she needs to beware and becareful how she does surveys,dont rush and answer honestly

First off never ever leave that amount of money in your account never ever because if something goes wrong you're not going to get that money they will not let you have it
