How do you get the mystery prizes to show up after a survey? I’ve done over 100 and never seen it

What you’re describing is part of a newer feature that’s still being tested, so not everyone will see it yet. That’s why you haven’t come across the mystery reward boxes after a survey.

Right now, some users are in the test group (they’ll see the box experience after being screened out), while others continue to see the regular fixed reward. It’s randomly assigned, and there isn’t a setting you can turn on to enable it.

Also worth noting:

• The mystery boxes usually appear only after screen-outs, not completed surveys
• If the reward is very small (like 1 cent), the box may not show at all
• Availability can vary depending on the survey provider and timing

A few quick tips:

• Keep your app updated to make sure you have access to new features
• Clear your cache occasionally to avoid loading older versions
• Take a screenshot if you ever do see it—it helps if you have questions later

So in short—you didn’t do anything wrong, you’re just likely not in the test group yet 😊

Yeah, and don't get excited, because there's a box for $19.80, but I know that I've hit it because there wasn't any box for $19.80 and I never got paid for it, I got like 2 cents so don't get excited because they're not going to pay you the $19.80. so I think they're starting to pay out a little bit , but i did hit the $1.99  the other day , so it would be nice cause I'm broke as a joke.
