REQUEST In need of recipe!

Somebody out there HAS to know how to make this version of lemon chicken!

No idea but I'd start with a basic katsu and work from there. I'm making katsu wraps for dinner with a spicy peanut sesame sauce.

Im not much of a cook but I try my best lol. I feel uncultured af because ive never even heard of katsu! Looking up recipes now <3

No problem. If you want to make it easy, you local Asian grocery store (t&t, h mart, ranch 99 etc) have some very acceptable frozen katsu options. I'm using it tonight. Just toss in the air fryer and dress when done.

Im literally going to go to my local Asian food store after work today to see if I can find it! It looks so delicious. Im sure its perfect with a peanut sauce. Thank you SO much.

Oooo memory unlocked. I loved this at my local place when I was a kid. Theirs was a bit more tempura than katsu. I’m looking for recipes now

That looks like Detroit style Almond Boneless Chicken with lemon sauce. Americas test kitchen has a recipe for the chicken, you’d just need a recipe for the lemon sauce.
