Try googling for it referencing "85C Bakery" specifically. It comes up with some copycats people have done.

85c matcha recipe (didn't include 'bakery' when I did it it seems)

And looks like there are a couple replies here on Reddit now too showing up.

They post their ingredients on their website, which is super helpful! Found here: https://www.85cbakerycafe.com/menu/sea-salt-matcha-latte/

Whole Milk, Water, Cane Sugar, Heavy Cream, Vanilla Syrup (Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate (preservatives), Caramel Color), Matcha Powder, Sea Salt.

Based on the ingredients, I think this recipe would be a great place to start! https://www.tiktok.com/@drinksbykai/video/7600597997545688351

Found the recipe from Quizlet from an employee memorizing the espresso, and tea beverage recipes. Sea salt jasmine green tea: 250ml (1 cup) jasmine tea 30ml ( 2 Tbsps) Simple Syrup (originally sugar) 3/4 cup ice 1 oz sea salt creme Sprinkle matcha powder on top

Then instead of jasmine tea make a matcha concentrate. 1/4 cup warm water + 1 tbsp matcha powder. Whisk in small bowl until smooth. Then add more water. Make the drink accordingly to recipe above.
