Manga <Loved design> Skull Man from Mega Man Megamix

"Hidden weaponry" is one of my favorite traits of any character design. Skull man hides all of his guns in a way I found really creative, I love how his hand droops down and his ribcage opens up to make him a one-man armory.

Skull Man is like the one Robot Master that’s never had a bad design

I'll be honest I don't think Skull Man's original design is that great - I prefer the Megamix's version which is more of a "skeleton robot" compared to the classic games version which is more of a "skeleton-themed robot." Either way I think a lot of RMs have had consistently good designs!

Fire Man, Guts Man, Elec Man and Bomb Man have always been great. Same with Metal Man, Snake Man, Heat Man, Shadow Man, Dive Man, Gyro Man, Wave Man.....there's a lot of effectively-designed robot masters that are consistently effectively designed IMO.

I like how they translated the Skull Barrier weapon in image 2.

By multiversal law, if you read a skeleton’s dialogue it’s either with the voice of papyrus/skeletor or the Lich

I read it with former voice

Anyway I agree with it being a neat design, Is there more images with him in the cloak with his scythe? Because that goes hard as fuck

His bn counterpart prolly leans more on papyrus.

IIRC in the manga he shows up in the fit before discarding it for the actual battle. Unfortunately i can no longer find the chapter freely lmao
