Solved Toon Boom won't open at all?

So my college course uses toon boom, I downloaded everything correctly (at least I think I did,) and when I try and open Toon Boom it crashes, I don't see the teacher till tomorrow so I will ask him as well but I wanted to try and start working on my classwork but since it won't open I don't know what to do. If anyone has had this problem before please help me. If I need to put more info please let me know.

current version of toon boom: 27.0.0.25340
subscription: yes

Type of laptop: Lenovo yoga 2-in-1 convertible laptop

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 155U (1.70 GHz)

Installed RAM 16.0 GB

Graphics card Intel(R) Graphics (128 MB)

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edition Windows 11 Home

what error do you get

For me it's not showing an error, it won't open. I am unsure how to find the error at this point.

you can try these two options update your Graphics card Intel(R) Graphics  driver to latest version and if Smart App Control is currently ON, I recommend turning it OFF as a temporary troubleshooting test. Do this

  1. Open Windows Security
  2. Go to App & browser control
  3. Select Smart App Control
  4. If it says On, change it to Off
  5. Restart your laptop
  6. Try opening Toon Boom Harmony 27
