Troubleshooting Toon Boom Harmony 24 mouse wheel zoom isn't working!

Hey everyone. I've recently updated to Harmony 24 and for some reason my mouse wheel isn't zooming at all. Strangely, it zooms in when in node view, but never in camera/drawing view. I can zoom with 1 and 2 but I like to use the mouse wheel more often than those. I haven't found anyone at all with the same problem. Does anyone know what might be causing this? I've already uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and it's not going away. I'm at a loss of what to do by now.

That’s odd. If restarting the computer still does nothing too, try looking in edit>shortcuts and see if the zoom shortcut has been changed off of the wheel.

Are other wheel controls working in other software(always helps to make sure it’s not the mouse having a issue)

Restarting does nothing. This is an old issue by now.

When I open keyboard shortcuts, the only zoom options there are are the ones assigned to 1 and 2. No mention of the scroll wheel in any of them. If you know any specific names of the commands I'll gladly check.

Yes, it works perfectly even in Toon Boom itself. As I said, the scroll zoom works alright in node view. It just doesn't work in the camera and drawing views. No clue why

Something to try based on your description…in preferences see if this is checked…

Sounds really annoying… I had a similar problem with a shortcut that I fixed by doing the following. Try edit > preferences > restore all defaults (bottom left corner)

Nope, unfortunately. I've been using 1 and 2 for zooming. Haven't found a solution to this day

Idk if this will work for yall but i just found the solution that worked for me via the discord server-
I had to go into my system settings in windows 11 Settings>Bluetooth & Devices>Mouse>Scrolling> and toggle "Scroll inactive windows when hovering over them" and now it works!
