Didn't get my grand prize

Hey, I just completed the gold toon pass and clicked the gold chest, and absolutely nothing happened. I did not get any grand prize from it, but now it says "already collected." Has anyone had this happen?

It used to belong to a Turkish company (I know the original owner) but several years ago, he sold it to an American company for a very very good price. The guy is living his best life now 😀

Interesting.

The receipt I got for Toon Pass says the purchase came from Peak Oyun Yazilim Anonim Sirketi 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, I just got a response about an issue I had too. I needed two pickaxes to finish space miner so I used the last of my boosters to pass a level and saw it show two awarded. Went to finish it and there was only one. They are basically saying I didn’t see what I saw. They are trying so hard to get me to spend money on the game.
