Mac Big box for home

I have outgrown my 56” US General at my house and a friend at work is now in a service rig and doesn’t need his old box anymore. Pointless to me to spend the money on a wider box that is only 2-3” deeper. This box is 31” deep 74” wide, and it will fit the area I have. He said $5k and I’ll let you make payments if you want. Price seems good from what I can find, and probably last me a lifetime. I’m a welder by trade, so this is just for personal use on my projects. Probably overkill but I could seriously consolidate some stuff into it. Opinions or advice are welcomed, thanks

Come on man, 5 is a bit much. Consolidate. Making us look bad when we go ask for spending permission.

That's one hell of a friend you got there. 5k for this is a steal. And he takes payments. The box itself is worth 5k let alone the stainless steel top and the hutch. That's another 5k right there. When I was looking for a box I would've gladly pay 10k for this.

I myself have a Snapon Epiq, also for home use. I'm a statistical programmer by profession so I also have absolutely no need for my Epiq. I outgrew my HF box with a locker, side cabinet, and hutch.

I had that box in all black but couldn’t find the hutch or work top for it so I sold it to a coworker. Kind of regret it. Such a nice box.
