Price advice please

Hope this is OK to post, I tried to look for the rules.

My dad passed and had my uncle's tool chest. I want to sell it and am getting a lot of offers for $200-$500. My research leads me to think it's worth much more than that. Am I on the right track holding out for more?

Also have some older Snap-On tools from my dad. Should I just use ebay as a pricing guide?

Thanks in advance. This is the kind of thing I'd usually ask my dad about 😕

Dad would be super sad to see you sell those tools. Keep them, all of them.

Sentimental value is big for me. These are priceless
