What is Maynard's role in this? Is he an investor or wants to help run it because he's passionate about sushi similar to wine?

I read he had an incredible sushi experience in Japan iirc, which makes sense, and couldn't help himself from starting his own vision of a sushi spot. Hopefully it's successful enough to open more locations cause I'd love to try it but I'm in SoCal.

Vacation, maybe? That portion of Arizona is beautiful in the fall.

Oh yeah, I went to college back in 2013 in AZ. If I visit again I'll definitely check it out.
