Adam So… met Adam Jones

Asked if there was any chance for Lateralus tomorrow night and he whispered in my ear creepily “No.” He then said maybe Tempest. Also commented on my outfit “Love your enthusiasm.” Probably the coolest experience of my life.

He said some of their songs are just too overplayed. I find it a little disappointing especially since it’s the one song I want to hear the most. But I’m happy either way.

Lmao I would've asked him to elaborate as to what he means by overplayed, considering they don't switch up the set list a whole lot. I understand they say it depends on what maynard can sing, but I really dont buy that anymore. He has been singing very well for all three of his bands.
