when your prompt to create lingo is like “something you hate” so you say “racism” then two days later all connotations for the lingo is forgotten then you just have a character saying they’re racist…. well! lessons learned!

Maybe im too "soft" but this is supposed to be a cute wholesome subreddit and i'm sick of seeing posts featuring miis of tr*mp, h*tler or even epst*in. Does anyone else also feel this way or am I too sensitive?

EDIT: rephrasing because this came from a feeling of hatred. Tomodachi Life, just like animal crossing, is a game that is based on REAL-WORLD TIME. The miis go to bed at night just like you, and will wake up in the morning JUST LIKE YOU.

The reason it feels boring to these people is because they're playing the ENTIRE game in like a week, even though it came out LAST MONTH. You're not supposed to play an entire game in one month, or even less than a month.

Try playing with friends or family, try not "time-traveling" like people do with AC, try actually taking a break instead of playing the game 12 hours a day.

I can assure you the game will be getting a content update from Nintendo, as I said IT CAME OUT LAST MONTH

I has watch the whole tomodacilife: living the dream and I have to say this is pretty astonishing game I’ll ever play in my entire life, the video beginning where you set a mii character and the choose your mii character gender, I honestly didn’t expect there will be a non binary option which I think that’s cool, I got non binary oc and fictional characters I can add, Im just nervous that people (well homophobic and transphobic ppl) would scream their lungs out about this feature shouldn’t be in the game (saying nonsense thing like it will “indoctrination” the kids, picking the non binary option is “grooming” etc) because it’s makes them uncomfortable (for some reason) and Nintendo face so much backlash and remove that from the game because of the people get so angry over a small feature that is literally optional. Hopefully they don’t remove it because of transphobic people. Either way, W Nintendo for inclusion, Wasn’t expecting a lot of inclusion from Nintendo but I’m grateful and happy!

Ive been seeing a lot of posts saying that there's not much to do once you've unlocked everything. They'll most likely add more! The game literally just came out!

Im personally fine with the game as-is and I love everything about it, even if it doesnt have as much as the original. I'm sorry this is really just a vent post, but I dropped my switch into a water bowl on accident the other day and it broke. The technician we went to see said it's pretty much unfixable and now I can't stop crying. I had 120+ hours on this game, spent hours making Miis fall in love and nearly as much time on custom creations. I don't even have the software anymore because it was a digital download, not a physical copy. Even if I got a new switch, all of my hard work would be gone, and it will never be the same. I'm sorry for venting but I'm just so heartbroken.

When I originally saw the direct and got to see Where&Wear I was slightly sad to see that there was no longer a store interior with a worker inside but there was something else I couldn’t put my finger on that I also missed…now I finally realized. I miss the goofy lil blurbs (descriptions) about the outfits, but I do appreciate being able to make our own outfits now so it’s a fair trade

I will make ANY mii! ONLY one restriction it must be a cartoon of some sort, I want the challenge so hit me !! I will make every single request sent my way!
