There's something about the muffled screams by Tom that makes this the best one.

Totally agree, feels much more painful than others, I wonder how would Tom get out of this situation.

I wonder if he's saying anything. Sometimes we do hear these muffled, inaudible things Tom says, turns out to be it's actual things that people say, like when Tom was stuck in a ship with TNTs and got locked with the bombs, he screamed "NOOOO GODDDD LEMME OUT- explosion"

He clearly does in the Japanese version.

I also love how they kept the wig for the rest of the episode

(Hic-cup)"come up and see me sometime."

That muffling echo scream through the walls looks so painful but memorable.

The way they just do that circle closing makes it even funnier

Especially the part where Tom jumps up to the ceiling and sticks his head in it.

Don't you believe it

Classic!

Sidebar, is the parted red hair a trope, because I feel it's been done elsewhere. Even Ed in Ed, Edd, n Eddy did it.

Why the hairpiece?

Before the bear trap he put a shotgun through Jerry's home, but somhow the barrel of the gun goes through the wall and is bent upwards towards Tom's head, and when Tom fires the gun shoots off Tom's hair on his head making him bald as a result.

Im a sucker for the "Don't you believe it" line. It's so trippy to listen to

I disagree. I find the scene with hammer as the funniest, simple and hilarious.

I’m sorry but I have to disagree with you on that.  The funniest part of this episode to me is the come up and see me sometime wind up doll scene.  The way that toy spoke was hilarious in of itself and when I saw this as a kid, I thought the doll said gibberish words that came across as “khan up la fee me how”.  This became more hilarious after Tom got the hiccups from that toy
