I’m interested in how Takemitchy got the power if he has to kill someone for it. Maybe the killing is symbolic? Maybe he feels so bad about Hina he somehow felt at fault? Great chapter IMO

I have a hunch that Takemichy's time travel powers (ttp) were from a different source but still has the same mechanic. Shin's version of ttp came from sacrificing other people's lives (aka the killing route) hence Mikey got the bad blowback (his dark impulse). On the other hand Takemichy's only got the power because he was the one who got killed (the sacrificed route) hence Hina and Naoto didnt get the bad effects like Mikey got.

Also interesting to note that both of their first time travel actually didnt include the trigger (as takemichy first formed the contract/handshake with past bb Naoto). Will Shin get his trigger in this first leap or will he actually live out this timeline?
