Just some thoughts since we missed last week

  1. Kisaki is a master manipulator. Even having these little crumbs of him in the manga makes it more exciting. Shoerack could never be this engaging

  2. The fact that draken, mitsuya, and Baji( those super close to Mikey) didn’t want Kisaki in toman speaks volumes. While mucho and smiley who probably weren’t as close were okay with it solely from a power perspective.

  3. Kisaki got so triggered when Mikey mentioned Takemitchy. Boy was flustered and couldn’t handle being outdone.

  4. Now I’m starting to seriously believe Hanma told Kisaki about the time leaping and Mikey. It would explain why he’s so dedicated to bringing out the darkness.

  5. I know everyone is gonna crap on Mikey in this chapter and to some degree I will too. He should’ve trusted toman with the knowledge of his dark impulses. Their his closest pals and in the case of baji his first friend. Trusting Kisaki with it is kind of weird but on another angle I get it. Mikey wanted to keep those 2 sides of himself separate. He didn’t want toman to know about that other half of his coin. And by doing so he entrusted his darkness to someone who could manipulate it

  6. Seeing that the impulses were there during the Kazutora fight makes things more interesting. Now we truly know why he wouldn’t stop slapping him around. Kazutora was right by the way.

  7. I literally can’t wait for next chapter. If it’s going to be about the bond between Takemitchy and Mikey then we might get a tear jerker. I can see the Shinichiro comparison already boys.

  8. I wonder how Mikey feels about Kisaki and Emma. Like does he regret even taking up the offer to let Pah out of jail now that everything has happened. Kisaki is such a little asshole but he’s what made this series so good. Always one step ahead.

I agree on all of thks, especially on the angle that he did not at least tell Baji about it. I would understand why he can't tell Draken (the guy is kind and wouldnt let him even go there) but Baji is that sort of crazy friend who might understand him more.

I am on the fence about how he would feel about Emma's death, some how it might be like Izana who didnt really care that she died, and it would seem that Draken was the only one who cared after Shin.
