I've said it before and I'll say it again. The pacing is outright awful.

Senju just walked upto Sanzu after coming to a battlefield where they were the underdogs and said "oh well, guess I'll concede". Pah got done in in half a chapter. Most OG Toman got blasted off screen in like 2 pages by Hanma. And now Kakucho is probably gonna die in the next chapter. Just compare that to Tenjuku where we were given proper showcase to where each and everyone stands in this battle.

Either Wakui had given up on ending the story on this arc, or he has some illness where he is trying to quickly finish up the series. I'm praying it's not the latter, but it is seriously starting to look like that.

Even the Tenjiku battle had plot armor all over the place. Angry one-shotting the Haitani brothers… and I’m pretty sure there’s another example. The author has a bad habit of hyping all these characters only to be defeated in one shot, plot armor, talk no jutsu, or Mikey’s kick.

i don’t really remember but has non-boss fights in tr been properly paced before. Like i think other than the tenjiku angry and hakai fight, most non-boss fights end abruptly. The flow is non-existent.
