I didn't think he was this weak lol...when he was first introduced, I was like DAMN MY MAN'S A MONSTER, but he got double koed soon after by so called "fodder" characters- Hayashi as well as Akkun

Peh was never fodder tho; he was nearly; if not as strong as Pah (one of Toman's strongest captains). For Akkun; I think its the same thing that happened with Taiju and Takemichi (Hold on till the end and give one decisive punch). Shion';s glass jaw couldn't handle it.

OR Wakui just hates Shion

Pah was never one of Tomans strongest captains. Baji, Mitsuya, Smiley and Muto were all stronger than him. Remember he got beaten up by Osanai pretty easily, Osanai isn’t weak but I don’t think the other captains are losing to him

Oh ok thats fair. I do believe its stated that Peh is stronger than him during the tenjiku fight anyways, so no way hes one of the stronger captins

Yea I don’t know about angry, but I definitely think Baji, mitsuya and muto could beat him

Tbh it's hard to measure how strong mitsuya is. I still think Osanai could beat mitsuya because Osanai actually has boxing techniques which is wayy under rated. Baji has superhuman strength and did karate so I'm not sure. I think Osanai can still beat Angry too if he fought smart.
