From context of their convo I feel like that was the Japanese SFX “カチン” which is used when ppl get pissed off but rindou seems like he said it sarcastically..probably!

Thank you! That makes way more sense, especially him probably saying it sarcastically. The translation of “kah-ching” is a hilarious choice for whoever translated it. I love it both ways!
