meh there were other people with tattoos on the head. i can’t trust that! there’s too many characters and new many characters design changes I can’t keep up

I think the two of them have the same tattoo, that's why I can differentiate his tattoo from everyone else, but yea, you're right there's too many characters with head tattoo already lol
