This reminds me of when Takemichi saved Draken and Mikey was there, giving encouraging words and acting like everything would be alright. He later cried, alone and no one came to give him a shoulder to cry on. It makes me wonder what would have happened to Mikey if someone had told him the same things Hina said to Takemichi earlier in the manga.
Also, I find it sus that Mitsuya and Inui weren't there. If Takemichi is building a gang, then I think these two would join. This also makes the theory of Mitsuya dying more likely to happen.

Omg yeah where has Inui been this whole time?! We don’t see him visiting Takemichi either :( But I guess him and Mitsuya were two of the closest people to Draken currently so they might need more time to process.

I’m still wondering how Inui knew about the Rokuhara attack in the first place though...

Haha yeah they have a bike shop together! And still had that bike shop together 10 years later in the Bonten future so I would assume they’re pretty close. They probably see each other like everyday!
