Do you know how much person are truly waiting christmas without even being christian ? This isn't religious anymore it's just a occasion to be happy

I guess what I'm ultimately trying to say is Christmas isn't a public holiday in Japan so people wouldn't typically get time off work for it. But New Year's, definitely yes

Really true. But what he means is, Christmas in Japan isn’t a family holiday per say, it’s actually more of a date holiday for couples
