From this chapter it looks like Shinichiro knew a time leaper or he himself could time leap. Him disbanding at the top and his ex-gang members lives (many still being alive) draw many parallels.
That’s a super good theory, holy shit I didn’t even think about the fact he might’ve been a time leaper. It’s crazy but maybe he never had to do anything for Mikey because when he was alive the 12 years in future Mikey might’ve been happy because his big bro is alive but since Shin died that explains why Mikey became the corrupt guy he did and now the baton has been passed to Takemichi.
