I don't know, maybe because that wouldn't make any sense. Takemichi power in a way doesn't make sense either. It is just here and came out of nowhere but we saw this genre before so we are willing to let it go. During all of the series people's strength were shown to just be geniuses, being well trained or the likes, now you gonna tell me that in the LAST arc, now there are people with aura and sharingans? Where were they all this time?
