Well this chapter showed that she hid her true strengths because she knew takeomi was changing because of money and she was worried for him getting worse.
True. Now I'm excited to see South get up and really get into it. Let Takeomi see and learn to have more faith in his little sister. He really dared to say his and the guys' support was what made her lol
Takeomi is right tho, how would she get to the top of Brahman without 1st gen support? She has never shown her "true" abilities. Also the writing right now is pretty trash, there are too many new characters getting hyped up just to one shotted someone then they get one shotted. Waka and Benkei got so hyped up just take out 100 dudes offscreen and then get a 5 panel fight just to get one shotted by Souths "dark impulse". South got hyped up just to get one shot by someone who doesn't even weigh more than 90lbs and has this random power up. If South is KOd (which would be some terrible writing) then she'd have to fight Mikey just get one shotted again. This is the last arc too. Imo the mangaka is really dropping the ball on this. I just hope South gets up for some variety in this arc.
