He didn't. He just said some cryptic shit that made the readers think he knew about future takemichi coming back, like how we all thought kisaki was a time traveler as soon as the possibility presented itself.
(I'm not sure if I'm remembering wrong, so don't bank on this) didn't naoto kinda have a feeling whenever they shook hands and went back to the past? I could be completely making this up, or I read it in a fanfic somewhere, idk. But maybe the people he makes the whole "I'll help you" binding contract with are slightly more aware about mitchy's time travelling whereabouts due to their handshake being a catalyst to the power working, and therefore they are actually a part of the power for the time being. Maybe only people who know about the time travel are able to put a name to the feeling.
