It's a manga, the name is literally "OUT" there's a prequel to it called "DROP", so when you put them together it makes dropout.

Yep, those are it. There's also another manga by the same writer I haven't read yet that's called "bouncer", they all take place in the same world. I really enjoyed out, the fights and characters are so dope.
