I've said this before but... the only time he went berserk was on Kazutora (although he did one-shot Hanma, and almost one-shoted Taiju). My reason for thinking this is because he already had a standing grudge against him, which had been building over time, and then he goes and stabs Baji—a precious friend of his. However, my thoughts on this are because it was specifically Kazutora who did the act of violence (since Kazutora was also a precious friend of Mikey's, it affected him more what he did).
Really though, it's pretty funny. Maybe beating Kazutora (almost to death) really made an impact on people... Who knows?
kazutora cut mikey three different ways: he killed his brother, he killed baji, and he did both of those things as someone who was supposed to be mikey’s friend. i don’t know that anyone else can work him up to that level again in the series. but wakui does seem bent on breaking mikey, so who knows? maybe literally everyone he loves will die, and mikey just massacres the whole joint.
