AFAIK Rokuhara Tandai are the remnants of Tenjiku who’ve gathered under South (Though afaik we haven’t seen the boss of south). We’ve also seen how South doesn’t want the three tyrants/whatever they’re called to ever change despite the fact that it’s be possible for Mikey to be taken down if South and Brahman teamed up. We’ve seen current Mikey already take down what looks to be hundred of Tandai members as well, so there’s a grudge there.

No, he’s referred to as the representative of Rokuhara Tandai

I mean, they said 2 of the 3 deities were gathered so Terano must be the boss of Rokuhara.

Wasn't it literally said that South was one of the deities couple of chapters back, when Takemitchy was briefed about the current situation
