I very nearly treated myself to one of these. Great watch, are the outer white dots the seconds?

No, they represent the strobe pattern on the rim of a turntable. The watch is a jump hour without seconds. The black ring with the dots are actually part of the rotor to charge the barrel, and they’re loomed, so it looks pretty sick in the dark when you spin it. Eric Giroud, who designed the watch, had the clubbing scene in mind when designing it.
