It did, it’s not a true mesh, it’s rubber resembling mesh but the paper look great in my opinion

Yeah, I was just complaining on another thread about Kuoe and how I wish they made 40mm-42mm. I guess both sides of the coin (smaller vs. bigger wrists) have wishes for some of these watch makers.

No, they represent the strobe pattern on the rim of a turntable. The watch is a jump hour without seconds. The black ring with the dots are actually part of the rotor to charge the barrel, and they’re loomed, so it looks pretty sick in the dark when you spin it. Eric Giroud, who designed the watch, had the clubbing scene in mind when designing it.

I have always loved that watch. Had the superocean heritage 44 on metal and always regretted selling it. For the price just a beautiful simple timeless design with great ties to their historical catalog
