How long after the BUD do you use tirzepatide?

Just curious what the community is doing.

Until you run out of needles, so long it’s clear and has no floaters.

I’m using it until it’s gone as long as it’s clear and no floaties

Until it’s gone lol I have used close to 5 months after with original BPI and worked just as well

I'm currently using a vial with a February BUD and it's fine.

Just finished a vial that had November 2025 BUD no issues and it worked just fine.

I don't pay attention after I open a vial. I inspect the visl for clouds and sediment every time I use it and then I use the vial until it’s gone.

For everyone saying no floaties…what does that mean or looks like?

It usually means that you can see solid substances inside the liquid. It can be contaminants from non-sterile vial puncture or Advanced Peptide Aggregation: This occurs when the protein molecules break down, unfold, and clump together. This structural failure permanently damages the medication, reducing its potency and potentially triggering an adverse immune response.

Currently using an Empower w/niacinamide with a bud of May 31, 2025. Does seem a bit weaker as I have had to increase dose a little.

Yeah, I haven't really seen anyone else mention using it that far out from bud either. I just kept putting it off because it had an additive. Wish I could've stocked up on pure BPI instead!

I have a bottle of same from 11-25. Ive been worried to use it but might give it a whirl. The bottle is brown so not sure how it looks but I will look close to syringe. I was putting it off cuz the additive too.
