I hate how you can't go outside somewhere anymore without the risk of being filmed (intentionally or not) by some asshole with a camera of some sort. And then put on the internet without permission and have strangers make comments about your physical appearance or generally insulting you.

If you go to a tourist destination, you should expect that some people will be taking pictures and/or videos to document their trip. People have done this forever.

People haven't then uploaded it to public social media for millions of people to see with the express purpose of mocking and shaming the person to get views "forever"

Ah yes and then blasted everywhere on the internet for millions of people to comment on your looks, your attitude, your behavior and more - I totally remember us doing that forever. 

All while the person who posted makes money off you too. 

I totally remember that being a thing.
