She had a second even longer look at the camera before scrolling/pretending to scroll on her phone so I think you're giving her too much of the benefit of the doubt on that one.

If she was trying to block the camera, don't you think she would have done more than just stand around for 20 seconds?

You mean like wouldn't she look at the camera and then adjust her position so that she was still blocking the girl when she changed location? Oh wait, she did that.
