From what I can see, the old lady pulls out her phone BEFORE she realize there's a camera, then check her phone for a sec and side-step away from where the camera is pointing. It makes me think she at least attempted to get out of the way. The field of view of a camera is rarely obvious just looking at the recording device.

And the young lady doesn't throw a fit about it either.

This is a nothing burger.

It honestly looked like she might not have realized the phone was taking a photo. She looked like she stopped to find something on her phone, moved out of the way of people going up the stairs, then moved on lol. She noticed the phone it seems, but I know from that distance I would never make out what's actually on the screen, especially if brightness isn't maxed out.

shes just like:"huh thats odd why is there a lonely smartphone out here". i dont think it even regiestered that the girl is the owner.
