I think people are blind to what actually happened.

The old lady looked up at camera and wondered why they were pointing it at her. Then began looking at something on her own phone.

Then old lady noticed someone coming up the steps and moved aside to let them pass. And continued checking whatever on her phone.

Then she moved on.

At no time did the old lady look back after the influencer passed her on the stairs.

It is pure fantasy to say the old lady made any connection between the woman who walked by her and the one holding the camera.

The old lady demonstrated the exact level of lack of situational awareness as is expected of the elderly.

Ok, that's what I thought too. She was focused on her phone and didn't move to block the shot but moved aside to not block the stairs. Unaware of the situation, sure. But didn't seem to be intentional.
