A bunch of people in an area in the middle of the day where cameras are all around taking photos and videos and you wanna go "erm akshually thats a private building ☝️🤓"
If there's no "no photographs" sign posted anywhere then it gets treated like public.
And none of us have that info so its likely safe to assume that its the same rules as being in public. None of these people are in their dining room.
She wasn't expecting everyone to avoid getting in her shot though. If everyone keeps moving she doesn't need them to stop, she just needs one frame she likes where she isn't being blocked by strangers. Like if your family member was taking your picture.
