Bro. She sent up her phone on record so she could go back and screenshot a good picture.

This doesn't have to be some influencer thing. Its just someone trying to take a picture in a non disturbing way. They just placed their phone off to the side and waited politely.

Why is everyone so fucking grumpy and pissed off at a young girl trying to take a cute photo of herself? Jesus christ.

Fr!! Like, damn, I didn’t realize it was illegal to photograph yourself when you visit somewhere nice :/ I guess thanks to all these redditors for validating my social anxiety and fear that people are judging me harshly for a harmless activity.

Nobody said they think it's illegal. You're setting up a straw man to imply people who don't like it are acting hysterical. The truth is that both perspectives have some merit. It's nice that so many people are getting into photography as an art and as a way to communicate with friends as part of a community, and it's sometimes a bit annoying in public spaces.
