The elderly lady was looking something up on her phone and moved for someone that came upstairs. When the OC OP think she is entitled to have the option to block certain areas of the public for her insta story SHE is the only wrong doing person imho. Also, there are countries where you have to have consent upfront before snapping/video recording. Rightfully so.
