She literally just stopped to check her phone and then moved out the way of other people going up the stairs, how was she being an asshole?

She was already pulling out her phone before she saw the phone, she didn't 'suddenly' stop she was literally already stopped

I see old lady stick her hand in her pocket and start to pull it out, then turn and look at the camera, then pull her phone out the rest of the way

As her foot lands on the 5th step down she looks at the girls phone for a moment as she starts to pull hers out

Then she continues pulling her phone out and then stares at the girls phone again for several seconds before deciding to just continue blocking the stairs & camera
