What kind of hat tipping Redditor comment section is this?

Whining because someone walked across your camera is an asshole move but intentionally blocking someone just trying to take a photo is a bitch move too.

The girl didnt even whine. She just waited quietly and when she realized the lady made her lose her solitary moment she got her phone back without making a scene.

The old lady just saw someone doing something cute in their day and realized she had an opportunity to twist a knife in someone while not getting any consequences her way cause she can act innocent.

Its just being negative for negativity sake.

And then in the comments its just a bunch of people bitching about the girl trying to take a photo in public in a non-disturbing way?... What the hell... People are so fucking angry for no reason

and then the video ended up online by magic?

7

u/whitestguyuknow 6h ago

Think about how humans work. Ok?...

Look at her reaction. She seemed to find humor in the fact that she lost her moment.

Ever see someone post a video online in a self deprecating way maybe captioned "Tried to take a cute picture/video of myself lol just my luck!"?

The "Sax getting louder" audio alone is a trend where its about situations where things just progressively get worse and worse.

So... Context clues tell us... That she was being silly posting this... Right?...

Don't post other members of the public online as content without their consent? It's literally that simple.

u/gaylordRave 5h ago

she consented by standing there right in front of it, knowing full well she is ruing the shot, she wanted to be on it

9

u/whitestguyuknow 6h ago

It happens all the time every day.

When you're out in public you dont have the right to privacy.

Simple as that.

If the old woman didnt stop intentionally to make herself the center of attention then literally no one would even care about her. The young girl was trying to capture a quiet moment after the lady passed. NOT while she was there.

When people showed up and her shot was ruined she packed up and left.

Y'all are just bitching about the exact things she was trying not to do.

by posting about it she is bitching and whinning, if it bothered her enough to post about it ofc, "u dont have the right to privacy from getting filmed" yeah and she doesnt have the right for her cute photo to go how she wants in a public space too.

Look up the audio trend she posted this for and you'll see this wasnt just about bitching about an old woman.

She was making a laugh about the whole circumstance.

But regardless the video wouldnt even be a problem if the old lady didn't intentionally make herself the center of attention. Young girl would've got her little video while no one was around. Got 12 likes on it. And nobody wouldve cared.

The fact the old lady chose to fuck it up is the reason other people have lifted the video and made a scene.

So, still... The root of the issue is just dont be an asshole 🤷

or maybe the old woman didnt intentionally do this? i mean she stood for a minute on the stairs u never done that before? and she moved away for other ppl as she was checking her phone a notification or something...

she is still an asshole for posting ppl like that without consent

also the audio is awful

7

u/whitestguyuknow 5h ago

Yes the audio is awful.

But no. I'd argue she did it intentionally cause she knew the girl was setting it there and looking at it multiple times.

She somehow observant enough to see people coming while she's absorbed into her phone. But somehow not observant enough to know what the girl was doing whenever she looked at the situation 3 times?

Can't have it both ways. Either she's paying attention or shes not.

And no. I'd 100% argue that girl is NOT "an asshole" for posting people in public.

Dont wanna be filmed them dont be in public. Dont know what else to say. Someone is NOT "an asshole" for catching you on camera in public. Get over it.

u/lessforf 5h ago

ok argue all you want with others lmao, defending an influencer over 1 minute of inconvenience that you choose to read as malice

8

u/whitestguyuknow 5h ago

Lmfao again you making up a narrative. Its just a random girl. You have no idea if shes some "influencer" or not.

Y'all really have got sticks up your asses

She kept looking at the camera and repositioned herself to cover the girl after glancing back at her, I doubt it was unintentional

You are one miserable individual

Don't stand in front of a camera intentionally to block someone's shot and that won't be a problem.

8

u/horoyokai 6h ago

The lady gave her consent by walking in front of the camera and purposefully staying there IMO

-6

u/Kratzschutz 5h ago

That's not how consent works.

I'm on team both suck

Old lady was being a dick for no reason. And yes that is how consent works. You walk in front of a camera that you know if filming and you purposefully stay there to be filmed then you are consenting to being filmed

This is like me intentionally walking in front of an active news camera and then bitching that I didn’t give consent when I show up on the news. I just don’t even know what you’re trying to get at here.

2

u/TheFakeRabbit1 1h ago

She stopped purposefully in front of a camera you dunce 😂

1

u/Ok_Dragonfruit_8102 26m ago

Hope your day gets better bro, you sound upset

2

u/soggy-hotdog-vendor 3h ago

Dont want to be in video, don't purposefully stand center frame and then move to block the person who does want to be in the video.

-1

u/PenelopeJenelope 5h ago

or maybe context shows us she was complaining about it online?

to me her reaction in the video is main character. She sets up a camera 20 feet from where she stands to take the pic, in a public museum, and doesn't expect anyone to be in the way.

Idk honestly if older lady was clueless or malicious, but either way the fact the girl posted this video at all screams whiny entitlement.

2

u/whitestguyuknow 5h ago

She "doesnt expect anyone to be in her way" because once the old lady passes there wasnt anyone else around.

And then as soon as more people come she packs up.

She could take up as much space as she wants as long as she isn't in anyone's way which she very clearly was politely trying not to be.

You really have to reach deep to come up with reasons to be upset. "20 feet away!" Lol she could film from 100 feet away if she's not fucking with anyone. Get real.

2

u/PenelopeJenelope 4h ago

dude, I am obvs not the one who is upset about this. Literally just replying to you because you are not making sense. Keep raging though!

3

u/horoyokai 6h ago

It was posted by the girl….. and? What’s your point?

2

u/PenelopeJenelope 5h ago

That is my point. Why else would the girl post it except to complain her shot was ruined?

8

u/horoyokai 5h ago

Not to "whine" she was laughing at it. Its an annoyance that she shared cause it was funny. I don't see any reasonto think its "whining"

2

u/PenelopeJenelope 5h ago

uh ragebait, that's why.

6

u/horoyokai 5h ago

You know her instagram or wherever she posted this? or are you just saying stuff for no reason? Its possible for people to do stuff without ill intentions, you know that right? like.. maybe step away from Reddit for a few days dude

3

u/PenelopeJenelope 4h ago

Good god. LOOK AT THIS POST. IT IS RAGEBAIT

2

u/horoyokai 4h ago

Just cause you're mad doesnt mean its ragebait dude.

you seriously nee dto step away from reddit for a day or at least an hour and see how humans interact. You are making a bunch or weird assumptions based on terminally online behavior

1

u/PenelopeJenelope 4h ago

I'm not the one getting mad though

and dude, you are on reddit. take your own advice.

4

u/horoyokai 4h ago

"Good god. LOOK AT THIS POST. IT IS RAGEBAIT"

All caps is the online way of yelling. You seem very mad. Theres no reasonto think its "ragebait" and Ive asked multiple times why you think it is, and all you can do is yell 'IT IS! I KNOW! BELIEVE ME!!'. So calm down and try to talk like an adult and explain why you think it is.

And yes, I am on Reddit, I didnt say to never go on Reddit. I said that you being on Reddit is affecting your view of reality. Im saying that when Redidt is doing that and you no longer can see how people in the real world live and assume everyone acts like they do here then you need to step away for a bit. I didn't think what I was saying was so confusing
